Drop-in Programs

Triad offers several programs (for parents and kids) that you do not need to register for ahead of time.  We’d love to have you stop in to visit us during one of these time so you can see all that Triad has to offer.

Ages 5-12
This is a circuit-based strength & endurance class that will help you build muscle and strong lungs for any sport you are in. Be ready for non-stop movement, so bring a water bottle, tennis shoes, and a positive attitude.

Tuesdays & Thursdays
9:00-10:00am and noon-1:00pm
Ages 1-5
Open gym for young children accompanied by an adult. Come ready to run, jump, play and have fun!  Great for playgroups!

Tuesday & Thursday
Ages 3-12
Open gym time for Home School students!

9:30-11:30am & 11:30-1:30pm
Ages 3-8
Bring a sack lunch or snack and join us for loads of fun! This is a great transition for kids preparing to attend school.  They will play in the gym and take a break for snack/lunch.

Craft, Snack, Games, and Fun in the gym! (Different theme each week)

Ages 5-12
Drop off your kids to run, jump, play and have fun in the gym!

Typically the 4th Sunday of each month
This is a chance for families to come in (accompanied by an adult) and enjoy some time in the gym!

Offered several times during the school year. Drop off the kids at Triad and enjoy a Parent’s Night Out!
